Hey, I'm Cory!

Hi! I'm Cory. I have been an athlete most of my life playing football, baseball, and basketball along with lifting weights since high school. I really didn't know what I was doing with my nutrition or how to properly lift until I started to get serious. I was insecure about my size. I was not strong and wasn't confident about my body. I gained about 40 pounds of muscle over time with proper nutrition and programming. I help other men and dads who are over 30 with the same principles and methods to gain muscle and shed body fat to maintain their athletic build.

I was pushing 200 using my depression and stress as an excuse as to why I weighed that much. Fast forward to August. I was unhappy where my physical and mental health was at the start of the year. I had gained over 25 lbs in the 5 years since I’ve been retired and decided to make some changes. When I retired I was consistently around the 185 lb mark and set that as my initial goal. I started the program under Cory’s guidance and today reached that goal being 184.8. Time to keep that going and continue to get better and stronger.
